"Selling a home that you lived in for 45 years, started a career, raised a family in, watched grandchildren play in and spend retirement in is a very stressful and unnerving decision. Gennaro treated me like family. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. "I met Gennaro in April 2022. He was handling the sale of a 3-family house in Brooklyn, NY. I was the buyer.The transaction was supposed to be simple, but ended up being very complicated. The seller consisted of multiple members of a family who had held the property for decades, each of which had different agendas. A few of the sellers lived out-of-state. The sellers were very high-strung, easily agitated and difficult to please.The house was occupied by several tenants, some of whom were difficult and did not want to vacate. The difficult tenants required financial compensation in order to leave. I have bought and sold many properties in my life and dealt with many agents. Gennaro stands out amongst them all.Gennaro is an AWESOME agent. He is extremely hard-working, trustworthy to a fault, completely transparent, very professional and routinely goes the extra mile. Very importantly, he is not a jerk. He has SUPERB client skills and is very likable. He is very respectful.Our transaction became very tenuous on multiple occasions. I (the buyer) was ready to walk away because of the various issues and personalities. The seller was difficult to deal with and had unrealistic expectations. Gennaro literally kept the deal together singlehandedly. He must have lost many hours of sleep doing this.Throughout the course of the transaction, Gennaro formed a good relationship with me (the buyer) and earned my deep respect and admiration.Gennaro counseled the seller on how to structure the financial arrangements that got the tenants to vacate the premises. He made sure the tenants moved on time.
